Delete your UPLINK account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your UPLINK account and all associated personal data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest way — delete it yourself in the app

Open UPLINK → Settings → tap SEVER LINK and confirm.

This immediately and permanently erases your account and all associated data from our servers. No email, no waiting.

If you have uninstalled the app

BY REQUEST

If you can no longer open the app, email privacy@uplinkapp.live with the subject "UPLINK account deletion request", from the email address linked to your account (or include enough detail to identify it).

We will verify the request and erase your data, and confirm by reply. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile and the details you entered at setup
Your registered devices and notification tokens
Your entire transmission history
Your account / login record

Every record tied to your identity is removed in a single verified transaction.

What is kept, and why

Only anonymous aggregate counts (for example, daily totals of how many transmissions were opened) are retained. These contain no name, no identifier, and nothing that can be linked back to you. They are kept to understand overall product performance and are not personal data.
