These are the terms you agree to when you use UPLINK. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask us at hello@uplinkapp.live and we will explain it in plain words.
UPLINK sends you short daily messages — a directive, a pattern read, a reflection — generated from data you give it (your birth date, answers you choose to give, and, only if you allow it, signals from your phone such as your step count).
If you connect Bio Link, UPLINK reads a coarse indication of physical strain from your phone's health data. It does not diagnose anything, does not detect illness, and must never be relied on for any health decision. It is not a medical device. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor — not to an app.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if that is higher). Do not use UPLINK if you are younger than that.
The engine, the writing, the KEY deck and its artwork are ours. You are free to screenshot a transmission and share it — that is what it is for. You are not free to strip it, rebrand it, or ship it inside another product.
We try to deliver every day, but we cannot promise perfect delivery: push notifications depend on your phone, your operating system, your network, and services we do not control. If a transmission does not arrive, it is not a signal about you — it is a signal about infrastructure.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page. The "last updated" date above always tells you when it last changed.
You can stop using UPLINK at any time, and erase everything with it. We may suspend access to anyone abusing the service or attempting to compromise other people's data.
UPLINK is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take, or fail to take, after reading a transmission. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
